Why FYFCL?

Unlike other for profit leagues in Central Florida, FYFCL is a non-profit 501c(3) organization subordinate to the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU). With top training and certification available to our coaches, your child will learn sound fundamentals to succeed in cheer, football and life in a nurturing, positive environment.

AAU USA Football

Here is a list of benefits why your child should join a local FYFCL Youth Football and Cheer team:

  • Tackle Football, Flag Football and Cheer is age-based (6-5 Flag, 8 & Under Tackle, 10 & Under Tackle, 12 & Under Tackle and 14 & Under Tackle)
  • Recognized partner with USA Football and NFL Heads up Football Program, the new standard in football
  • No weight limits. National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) rules.
  • SAFETY. AAU certifies non-athlete includes background check on all coaches
  • Insurance included with your AAU membership
  • Consistent Saturday game times schedule
  • Games played throughout Central Florida locations
  • 2015 AAU National Championship to be at Citrus Bowl (Great experience for kids)
  • Our League and District Tournament are both qualifiers for the AAU National Championships
